Je souhaiterais avoir vos avis sur le Pacojet et aussi si les bonnes recettes trouver ici sont à modifier lors de l utilisation du Pacojet .

Salut Otantik,
Le paco est très bien pour une utilisation en restaurant.
Je suis en italie encore une dizaine de jours, j essaierais de te donner des infos en rentrant mais il me semble qu il y a des modifs à faire.
Relances moi si j oublie. :D

Bonjour,

J'ai longtemps utilisé un paco en restauration. Ça te permet d'avoir une glace toujours onctueuse avec moins de sucre et sans stabilisant. Par contre tu dois toujours la passer en machine avant de servir.
