Bonjour à tous,

Je m’appelle Warren et je suis passionné par… les glaces ! Que ce soit en été ou en plein hiver, je ne dis jamais non à une bonne boule artisanale. J’ai toujours été curieux de comprendre comment on passe d’ingrédients simples à une texture aussi onctueuse et gourmande.

Depuis quelque temps, j’ai vraiment envie de me mettre à la fabrication maison, apprendre les bases.

C’est en cherchant des recettes, des astuces et surtout des retours d’expériences que je suis tombé sur ce forum. Et franchement, je sens que je suis au bon endroit pour apprendre, découvrir des pépites, et échanger avec des passionnés.

Au plaisir de vous lire, de tester vos recettes, et de partager mes essais (réussis ou pas ) !
